The products with 2 projects are the ones with the most export volume and the best quality and price advantage.They are diving equipment and fishing waders . For these two series of products, we have two production bases in Jiangsu and Zhejiang.
Part 1 : Diving equipment
Factory for diving equipment located in Jiangsu with 60 worker , 3000sqm workshop . This production line mainly develops and produces wet suits, rash guard, and matching diving boots, socks, gloves and other products. At the same time committed to the development of high-quality elastic waterproof surfing wet suits , spearfishing wet suits .
The factory is equipped with flat stitching, blind stitching, Zigzag and other professional equipment for making neoprene products. The annual output can reach 50,000 wet suits and 50,000 rash guard. Products are mainly sold to Germany, Italy, and other European countries and the US market.
Part 2 : Fishing waders
Factory for fishing waders located in Zhejiang with 70 workers, 5000sqm workshop. This production line mainly develops and produces fishing waders and jackets ,including PVC waders , neoprene waders and breathable waders. At the same time , we produce the PVC boots which used for waders. This gives us a great market advantage in cost control and quality control.
Factory equipped with 3 set taping machine and 30 set stitching machine for waders production , as well as ultra sonic machine and laser cutting machine for pockets on waders . Every year we export around 30,000pcs neoprene waders and 20,000 pcs breathable waders to US and EURO market .
In addition to the above two main series of products, we also produce special wet suits and dry garments for water sports such as canoe and kayak, SUP.
In addition to the guarantee of production capacity, our more valuable service is to cooperate with customers in product development and inspection system independent of factory management.
LYWISH arranged full-time material procurement and testing and quality control personnel, and cooperates with customers to develop products that are suitable for market competition and quality.
From product development to completion of orders, we will arrange a team of dedicated business personnel, developers, and quality control personnel to track. Before any order is shipped, the customer will receive an inspection report made by us, and each detail will be displayed in the form of an image to the guest. Guests on the other side of the ocean can see the goods in advance through our eyes.
